SNOT

$NOT

$NOT is a rapper who is not new to the rap game, he has been popular in the underground scene for quite a while. Starting his music carrer in 2016 on SoundCloud, he is still popular. SNOT did not blow up with one song he has been releasing music consistently since he started.

SNOT is one of the few rappers who got back-to-back lyrical lemonade music videos. (He also likes Dragon Ball) Back in July 2016 SNOT started his career with a single called ‘By Myself’ which compared to his current music style is very similar, just the song in 2016’s quality was lesser. After that he consistently dropped music. In april of 2018 he dropped his first EP ‘THE TI$$UE FILES’.

After that in the summer of 2018 he collabed with Jasiah and they released a song together called ‘Case 19’. Which gained a lot of views back then, but then the song was removed as Jasiah’s record label wanted to replace Snot with rapper 6ix9ine.

Then SNOT released a song called ‘GOSHA’ which to this day is his post popular song. And then he got a Elevator music video (Elevator is a platform for underground artists to reach a bigger audience). This was big for him. In April of 2019 Billie Eilish posted an Instagram story of her listening to ‘GOSHA’ which gained him around 10,000 followers. June 2019 SNOT’s song ‘BILLY BOY’ was featured in a HBO show ‘Euphoria’.

In Summer of 2019 SNOT was signed to 300 Records. SNOT and Jasiah then toured in 2020 which was not completed, due to the pandemic. March 2020 $NOT released his debut album called ‘ -TRAGEDY+ ’. This album had songs which were already released on SNOT’s Soundcloud and new ones.

In September 2020 he released a single called ‘Revenge’ which had a Lyrical Lemonade music video and in October of 2020 he released another single called ‘Mean’ which also had a Lyrical Lemonade music video. The music video for ‘Mean’ had a cameo from Danny Duncan. After that in April he released another song called ‘Whipski’ which is a single featuring Lil Skies.

SNOT currently has 1.3M+ Instagram followers, 6.7M+ monthly Spotify listeners, 436k+ YouTube subscribers, 242k+ Soundcloud followers.
